 Like any other part of your business, managing a successful online store requires administrative management and oversight. On-going e-commerce administration is necessary to keep your site up to date and running efficiently. This might involve everything from adding, editing and deleting products or services to running monthly reports and performing ongoing site analytics and recommendations. We will also assist in the documentation of policies, procedures and tasks to ensure your are prepared for rapid growth.
To save you both time and money, we often recommend automating tasks where possible, but that isn't always feasible or desired. In that case, tasks can be delegated to in-house staff. If you lack technically savvy staff we are available to support you as needed or through an ongoing maintenance and administration contract.
